About the Program
Glue Club Foundations is our core leadership development program. The 6-month guided learning experience is designed for leaders who want to be better and feel better at work – to strengthen their skills, problem-solve active challenges, and build a peer community that they can rely on.
Foundations starts with a 1-month Workshop on essential company-building topics, such as goal-setting, organizational design, and decision-making. Each week includes a live lesson from Molly Graham, followed by a Peer Circle where participants address real-time challenges. Every week is designed to cover a key leadership skill that can be immediately applied to drive impact at your company. See an example calendar of the first four weeks.
After the first four weeks, you will be paired with a Glue Team Guide to provide support in shaping your growth path and with a circle of peers to learn from and lean on. Over the course of the remaining 5 months, you’ll continue to learn from expert speakers, meet monthly with your peer circle, connect with other Glue Club members 1:1, and have access to our Slack community and library of resources. Learn directly from Molly Graham as she shares the most impactful learnings from her own experience as a startup leader, operator, and executive. She'll share key concepts critical in helping startups and small companies scale successfully. Join the Q&A and discussion at the end of each Lesson.

You’ll have regular (weekly, then monthly) opportunities to dive into key topics with a small group of peers from your cohort. Together you will discuss your most pressing challenges, led by a facilitator. To build deep connections with others in Glue Club, you will also have the opportunity to be matched with a peer for 1:1 virtual chats.

Access our library of helpful resources, proven frameworks, and other recommendations compiled from Molly, the Glue Club team, and other members. Foundations members will be paired with a Glue Team Guide partway through the program to help shape their growth path.
Who is it for?
Glue Club members are leaders inside of startups and fast-growing companies. They typically have 10+ years of experience under their belt. Their titles could be Founder, CXO, VP, or Director/Head, but most importantly, they are strategic leaders and decision-makers at their organizations, typically owning 2 or more functional areas and overseeing a multi-layered team.
